Getting started as a Customer Success Manager in Amsterdam
During your new job as a Customer Success Manager, it is up to you to create value for the customer. You are the point of contact for customers and help them to use the software correctly for their organization. You also work on maintaining customer relationships, for example during meetings and training sessions. You lead a team - product development, sales staff and data analysts. Together you work on achieving the targets and increasing customer satisfaction and customer involvement. You will end up in a working environment full of smart people!
We are looking for you when you…
- Have at least an HBO diploma (commercial direction);
- Can speak German fluently;
- Have between 3 and 5 years of work experience in customer success;
- Can communicate well with different stakeholders and functions;
- Are a real team player;
- Are willing to travel regularly.
