Get started as a Consultant

As a Consultant, or actually Project Consultant, you will assure our client's customers with the very best service. The organization has developed a platform on which other organizations can get help from young talent in solving innovation issues.

As a Consultant you provide a clear explanation of the issue, so that the client can receive the best solution. You maintain contact with customers, colleagues in the client success team and with talent that solves innovation issues. An important position in a very fast growing organization!

What exactly will you be doing as a Consultant?

• You will ensure that challenges on the platform are successfully solved;
• You will conduct onboarding conversations with companies;
• You write the best and most attractive challenges (the actual scope of the project as written on the platform) to attract the interest and enthusiasm of talents worldwide;
• You will ensure that the right talents are placed on the challenges so that the customer enjoys the best solution;
• You will develop new methods, strategies and ideas to keep developing.

We are looking for you when you…

• Are a native Dutch Speaker;
• Have at least 1 to 5 years of experience in a position where writing and analytical skills came in handy on a daily basis;
• Have affinity with SaaS and marketplaces and get energy from optimally serving a customer relationship;
• Can be critical and well able to represent the interests of different parties;
• Can operate well in a fast-paced environment and likes to socialize;
• Have a 'work hard, play hard' mindset, not only in your position, but also at the ping pong table ;).
