Start your career as an account manager at an oriental wholesale company 

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers and their needs, working actively to build and strengthen client relationships to create lasting partnerships. You’ll keep track of all customer data, including contract updates and renewals, ensuring your employer is always up-to-date. By collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments, you’ll contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans and help ensure KPIs are met. And, of course, you’ll become an expert on our client’s products and services, enabling you to upsell and cross-sell with flair, making customers want things they didn’t even know they needed!

A glimpse into your responsibilities 

• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their needs  
• Monitoring client accounts and managing budget oversight  
• Collaborating with team members to discuss progress and improvement opportunities  
• Preparing progress reports for clients and management  
• Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and discussing them with the sales team

• Internship or work experience in a sales or customer service role  
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English  
• Proficiency in ERP systems  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
