We are looking for a German speaking Account Executive for a great company that is changing the world by committing on the mental and physical well-being of employees. Getting started as an Account Executive Native German in Amsterdam
As an Account Executive in Amsterdam you have the responsibility to attract new customers. You manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to qualification and conducting sales calls, negotiations and closing deals. As a brand ambassador and main contact for companies, you will conduct demo calls and drive the sales and decision-making process to create new B2B partnerships.
Brief summary of your duties
- Create new leads;
- Maintaining customer portfolio in the pipeline;
- Conducting sales calls;
- Mediating contract closings;
- Handing over to the Customer Success Management team;
- Documenting and reporting results in the CRM systems;
We are looking for you when you…
- Enjoy working with people and have a passion for mental and physical health;
- Are able to communicate effectively with customers in a focused and multi-level manner.
- Are willing to challenge yourself and develop yourself further:
- Ideally, you already have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, psychology or a similar field.
- Have a functioning and relevant network;
- Have 1-4 years of professional experience in SaaS, sales or business development;
- Worked for 3 years at the same company;
- Experience in a start-up/scale-up company and/or a fast-growing organization is a plus;
- You feel at home in an international environment: You speak both German and English.
